Holiday rentals with a patio in Madison County

Ms. Sharon's place is just as she has it listed. It is so peaceful and serene and EXTREMELY clean. She has thought of the extra little touches to make our stay very comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting her during our stay and she is simplest the sweetest person. We look forward to staying here again. Great getaway. Great host. Great communication.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Even the mattresses were great. Great neighborhood. Small tip though, it'd be nice if there's a few hooks/towel rods in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. And a few kitchen towels wouldn't hurt either.

Our stay here was great. It’s a quiet neighborhood where you can safely go for walks and very close to downtown Monroe. The space was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

Staying at Frank and Cindy‘s Airbnb was perfect . The house was spotless. The beds were so comfortable, there were plenty of linens provided, chocolates and even a bottle of water provided by the bed upon check in. They also had a selection of local craft beers in the refrigerator as a little gift. The drive into Athens was easy and they provided a notebook of suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Athens, don’t pass this little gem up! Thank you, Frank and Cindy for making our stay wonderful!

Wow! What an a charming and cozy cottage this was. From the second you walk in the door you can see and even smell all the special touches Tanna has filled this cottage with. 100+ year old antiques, immaculately decorated yet also modern 'necessities' such as fast internet and a 4K TV for movie nights. I really appreciated having the small things like coffee available, toothpicks, q-tips--things you don't always see in an Airbnb. The surrounding outdoors were so beautiful. Cattle across the street with a donkey you can hear from time to time, cute barn cats wandering around next door, gorgeous sunsets overlooking the yard, all still close enough to downtown as we preferred. Really happy we chose this place!

This unit was perfect. Very clean and nicely furnished and very, very peaceful in the big back yard. An easy 10 minute ride into downtown. Host was very responsible and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great stay!

I've stayed at Airbnbs from San Francisco to Paris, and Stacey's place in Commerce, Georgia, was the most well appointed home I've ever been in. The kitchen was fully stocked and immaculately organized. Every room and bathroom had everything you could need. My housemate and I made a game of trying to find something Stacey hadn't thought of to make available. She goes above and beyond most Airbnb hosts to make sure you feel at home. Beautiful, roomy house walkable to the quaint downtown area and its shops and restaurants. A quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home! I don't know when or if I'll back to this charming town, but Stacey's Airbnb will certainly be my first choice.

Was a perfect location in Athens! Had fun hanging out for dinner and walking around downtown. Beautiful and relaxing decor. Everything we needed. It was perfect for my daughter and me to take in the town!

We were looking for a place in Watkinsville because my nephew was getting married in the area. It was the perfect location to get to all the wedding activities and a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day. We had everything we needed and local shops and restaurants were close by. Walt was very welcoming and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house is a cute older cottage which has retained its charm but has all the modern amenities you would expect. I would definitely love to stay here when I get a chance to visit my family and friends again.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

Perfect location for visiting the UGA campus! Quick walk to campus. The condo was in perfect condition. I've stayed in MANY places in Athens and this was the best.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
