Holiday rentals with a patio in Madison County

Jennifer has a very nice home which is a short taxi ride from the town centre. It was ideal for us while visiting for a convention and the overall cost when including a taxi both ways was well under what a hotel in town costs.

This was our second stay at this location. We will be back again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and clean space! Area was quiet at night. We had snow during our stay and were pleased to see the walkways cleared in the morning.

Very clean place. Location is great, safe area with no foot traffic. Very nice apartment complex with an awesome gym.

Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, it is very well located and the place is super clean, we would definitely return to your place.

My daughter and I wanted to see the Bob Ross museum. We had a great time. It was available for one night which you can't find all the time. There's is a nice park across the street. We were a 5 minute drive from restaurants and town. Bonus, there was sling TV and I was able to waych NCAA games.

My stay here this past week at Cheryl's place was just what I was looking for, In fact I booked another weeklong stay this coming up week. I needed a place that after work I could come and relax and be in peace and quiet and that is what I got. The little house was extremely clean and very well taken care of. Dan is a great host that exudes top tier professionalism and is a genuinely great guy all around. I had a few personal issues of my own going on after mom's funeral and he really went above and beyond to make sure I/we were good. The place was exactly as described and comfortable. Great stay and I would totally recommend him/his place in a heartbeat.

I’ve stayed in this home multiple times and absolutely love it. It’s spotless and has all of the amenities you would need to be away from home. I would most definitely stay here again.

The townhouse itself was lovely and well maintained! The host was kind and provided all of the necessary information. It was within 30 minutes of downtown and Fishers where we spent most of our time as the immediately surrounding shopping areas were not the greatest. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the value.

We stayed in Muncie for the weekend for open house at Ball State University. Location was great, only 10 min away from campus. The house was very spacious for 7 of us. The layout was perfect and the kitchen was the main hub for gathering. We will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting us.
