Our unique suite is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood; this fun and artsy in-home suite consists of the front of our 1955 home. With exclusive access to the driveway and a private entry, it includes a living room w/sofa bed, a bedroom, and a full-sized bathroom. Made from reclaimed materials, this charming and newly constructed cabin has a vintage style that sits perfectly amongst the forest. It features a gorgeous open plan space and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a 180-degree view of nature outside. Secluded on its own quiet 42 acres, the cabin lets you feel alone with nature. Further out, there's easy access to stores and restaurants with a few lovely places for antique shopping. Nashville itself is just a short drive away.

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.

Canoe and Paddle Board provided (and oars/life jackets also)--canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards can launch from lakeside at property.
