The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.

Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.

I didn’t want to make a run-of-the-mill airbnb but something really eclectic and different for people to really feel like they are staying in a boutique hotel! I constantly ad, update and change things in the house while keeping it functional as a relaxing place to stay that is extremely local to everything in nashville!
