This newly built cabin is located on a quiet gravel road, in the St Lawrence Valley in a remote area between Potsdam and Massena, NY, fifteen minutes from the US/Canada border. With Potsdam and Massena only 15 miles away, you have the best of both the civilized and the natural world when staying at our cabin. We look forward to hosting guests who will enjoy the natural solitude, privacy and aesthetic comforts of the cabin, garden, and beautiful forest trails on our tranquil 101 acre property.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This 3 bedroom 2 full bath house is perfect for the family getaway or a group of fishermen as well as sightseeing or an overnight stay along your travels. Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

The Loft1 w/Porch-Near Clarkson, SLU - Modern

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard that you can use. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. You will find yourself surrounded by maple, spruce, and tamarack trees, and Clarkson University is close enough to see.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.
