Beautiful villa in a quiet picturesque location. The owner was helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here!

from the moment we met Jean Luc, he was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond, we arrived late and he had bought bits for us to eat, he helped us get a car, a taxi, recommend restaurants he couldn't have done more to be a better host. The accommodation itself was stunning, everything clean and tidy with the cleaner coming everyday. The beds were comfortable, we was provided with towels for in and outside. The view is breathtaking and will definitely miss it. Just a short drive away from fisherman's village which has a market to buy gifts or food. Lots of restaurants nearby. The property itself is on a very steep hill which is why the views are breathtaking but a hard climb! I 100% would come back and stay, everyone was very impressed.

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

Natale and Arthur have been very pleasant, with good communication and a great listing. We felt very comfortable and the stay has been extremely good. Nice location and good amenities. Great time, thanks!

We were warmly welcomed. Our villa was equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. Towels and linens were provided free of charge for the entire period. Our villa had a 4 × 8 m pool that was professionally cleaned twice a week. Nina and Valerie are very accommodating and lovely hosts. You immediately feel as if you were in family. We stayed there for two months and would have liked to have stayed much longer our vacation plan would have made it possible. There were three dogs on the property that were very sweet. They guard you and the grounds and you don't have to be afraid of them, because they protect you and you feel very safe and comfortable there from the beginning. The property cannot be entered easily by strangers. It is protected by a high wall. It is very quiet in the complex. We enjoyed the bird voices in the morning hours.

This villa was simply a dream! The stay was absolutely perfect – the location offers a spectacular view over the entire island, breathtaking at any time of the day. The amenities left nothing to be desired: impeccable cleanliness, stylish design, and luxurious details in every room. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. A standout feature was the 24/7 support from the host and their team, who were always friendly and helpful. Whether we needed restaurant recommendations or a quick solution to a question, they were always available. The outdoor area was equally impressive, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning scenery. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, making this stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and worry-free vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Above the fact that the accommodation is better in real life than in the descriptions and in the photos, the contact with Mr. Stephen is very nice who does have advice or offer on every detail. For example, we arranged a transfer to and from the airport through him and also a rental car was at the door the next morning thanks to his connections. Truly a carefree service that increases your holiday experience! Also the facilities in the villa itself were more than sufficient. Thank you mr. Stephen!

We had a wonderful holiday at Chaweng noi villa The villa is in a quiet and secluded location. That said, there are plenty of activities and the beach close by. The house itself is beautiful. Large bedrooms and clean pool. Very pleased with the owners Yuri and Lana they were very helpful. 5/5 recommend!

Villa Chomtawan is amazing, and we are already talking about when we can return. The home is beautiful, and the beach is gorgeous (the sunsets!!) and very quiet, but what really stands out is the onsite villa team. Maew and the other staff are wonderful. I highly recommend you take advantage of the home-cooked meal options -- you will not be disappointed! Luliia and Maew were incredibly responsive, arranging anything we needed (from a boat day to groceries to special birthday cupcakes). Both Luliia (who is offsite) and Maew (the onsite villa manager) responded to any text within minutes. Also, Maew is a lovely person to chat with and be around. This is a special place. Also something to note: there is a wonderful — but shy — dog (Suay) who lives around the villa and lots of adorable (and largely friendly) kitties who also roam around. We loved this because it made us feel at home but, if that's not your thing, don't worry — they keep to themselves and won't get in your way.

We felt very good, all very nice and friendly. If there were any questions, they would be answered quickly. The place like the pool was also cleaned every three days. We will definitely come back again. Thanks to everyone we will miss you very Doll. Steffen and Mary 🫶

From start to finish everything was amazing! Highly recommend. We had 7 people and the space was perfect…the best beach was right here where we stayed. We went to other beaches and nothing really compared. The beach club and the Shi Shi restaurant both amazing! The spa services the best! I’m very picky about places to stay and would definitely come back.

What an incredible place. If you are looking for some peace away from the throngs of tourists then this is your place. It was a perfect ending to 3 weeks travelling around Thailand with our kids and we didn’t want to leave.

Everything was just perfection. One is always a bit anxious when arriving but Lee is so reactive that the slightest question is answered within seconds. And hé is there if you need him (which you won’t!). The House is a dream, peaceful and cosy, despite the size. Hé gave me the name of a thai cook, TOI, who made our stay. Her cooking was better than most restaurants and we couldn’t wait for dîner every night! And breakfast in the morning. Ask Lee for her téléphone Number. We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It is spacious and because of the large windows on both sides, bright and at the same time cosy and has all the necessities. The pool table on the back terrace is very cool. The house is nestled in a beautiful garden. You can relax by the large pool and let your gaze wander over the varied vegetation. The trees, shrubs and plants are very calming. The neighbourhood is quiet and you have your privacy. (The building site on the neighbouring property was only rarely under construction during our stay, so the noise didn't really bother us). Our contact person Iris was very helpful and obliging. Communication went smoothly and questions were answered within a very short time. Transport and the hire of a scooter were also organised without any complaints. Many thanks for everything!

Super amazing Villa. Great View, new, beautiful. Only issue is there is no washing machine, but can survive

We were 4 adults in the company. First booked 4 nights as we had plans to go to the other side and stay there for a couple of days but we loved the property so we had the opportunity to extend our stay another couple of days. EVERYTHING is perfect. Clean, fresh. Just like in pictures. The pool is cleaned every day, it is a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would note is that you HAVE to rent a moped/car to get around the island. There are a few restaurants nearby but if you want more choices you should go a bit away. You can walk down to the beach , about a 10-minute walk. According to our experience one of the BEST on the whole island (we visited many). Very calm. Turquoise water, sandy beach, no rocks. You can rent sun loungers for 100 bath pieces for the whole day . Food and massage by the beach. Finding there is a bit difficult, one has to walk past private area (which is not private anymore). The woman who received us Shy? sorry if I write the wrong name. But she was absolutely amazing. THANK YOU

Point blank, a 100% recommendation. The villa looks just like in the pictures, maybe even a little better in real life. 4 huge bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Dave was extremely helpful. Not only did he/his wife pick us up and brought us to the airport, they even provided a car for us free of charge. I cannot recommend Dave and the villa enough. Thank you so much for that wonderful time!
