Set in the vineyards of the Haut Languedoc National Park, the medieval hamlet of Soumartre is an oasis of peace. Overlooking a beautiful wooded valley, this charming and characterful 17th century rural retreat has been renovated to provide a lovely holiday home. There's plenty of wild swimming in rivers and lakes, with the beach 30 mins away. Excellent dining and shops in nearby villages and towns. Explore the land of the Cathars, enjoy great walking and star-gazing under a clear night sky.

Charming house in heart of Langudoc village

At the foot of the Haut Languedoc's Regional Park, and a short drive from the Canal du Midi and the Mediterranean, we invite you to enjoy the comforts of this spacious winegrower's house along with its peaceful courtyard and garden. La Petite Bohème has been recently renovated in a contemporary style and can be found in the heart of the medieval village of Thézan-lès-Bèziers, surrounded by hills and vineyards. You can access a number of shops by foot along with the weekly Sunday market.

App. 1 Le Rêve - The dream.

Le Rêve, or The Dream, are two apartments with their own pool uniquely shared between them. The two apartments are adjacent to our villa in the charming village of Magalas, Languedoc. Although tranquil, Magalas has several restaurants and shops in the centre (7 min walk from the house). Each apartment sleeps two. Perfect for one couple, or for two couples travelling together, if you rent both apartments. Now also with air-condition in the bedroom. Not suitable for children. No pets.

Very nice new house, quiet, not overlooked, 15 minutes from Béziers. On site, all amenities. Large garden with swimming pool, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, tables and chairs. On the ground floor, entrance, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, master bedroom overlooking the pool with walk-in shower. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with 2 children's beds, a large bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet.

Logement climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.
