The apartment looks just like the pics, the staff at the building is super friendly as well, and by not being in the most crowded area in town, you can get quiet nights for resting too.

Pedro was very attentive the entire time, from arrival during and at the end, everything was very clean and the location was perfect for older people.

The place is beautiful, very well decorated and has an excellent location, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen, conducive to being close to the best restaurants, entertainment and tourist area. Daniel was very attentive to the observations and responded quickly. We were very pleased with our choice!!

A grab spot to spend a few days on the beach. Excellent attention in the common areas with the hotel and the beach. Clean and tidy... would come back many times!

The apartment is small, perfect for a couple; I don't recommend it for people with small children. The view is spectacular, beautiful, far from the noise of the heart of the Rodadero. It has everything you need for a short stay. I'm giving it 4 stars because you have to walk a lot to get to the apartment. It's located on a slope, which makes simple shopping trips like "drinks and food" a bit complicated. Monica and her manager, Nelcy, were very attentive during our stay.

Excellent stay, it complied with everything I said in the review, clean apartment with a spectacular view, the common areas as shown in the photos.

I wrote a long review for Pedro´s place earlier in the year so I won´t repeat so much here but the fact that I´m here again speaks for how much I rate being here. It´s very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and it is close to the beach and transport to surrounding areas. Everyone has been really lovely, friendly and helpful and Pedro is excellent at responding if there´s anything you need. Highly recommended and I´m grateful Pedro welcomed me back :)

Claudia place is really nice, 2 min walk to the beach and 7-10 min walk to a comercial area with a few restaurants and cafeterias. I found santa marta loud and without beach so being 10km from it, at Claudia place is a great compromise between quietness and proximity to civilisation.

I stayed with my husband for 10 wonderful days, the apartment is comfortable and the beach is close, very quiet and almost private.

The aptaestudio is very well located just 5 minutes from the airport, if you come with little luggage you can take the buseta that leaves from the airport and save you a money. The beach is one and a half blocks away so it is great, the sector is quiet for walking and you have the Zazue shopping center super close, to walk, where there is super market and great variety of restaurants. Plans to go to other beaches and Tayrona Park are also obtained from this area. It's not that close to the historic center, but you also get public transportation to go there and the Rodadero. Overall my experience was pleasant and we felt comfortable.

The host was exceptional: very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. He gave us recommendations on activities, places to visit, and also offered us extra services like personalized chef, airport transportation, and tours, which made everything even more special. It also allowed us to leave our luggages before check-in, a detail we really appreciated. The place was impeccable: very clean, organized, and with a cozy atmosphere. The location is another great point in favor: it is located in a safe sector and all the places of interest in Barranquilla are a short drive away. We definitely highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you to the host for making our stay such a pleasant experience!
