It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Very nice quiet apartment, close to downtown Epernay. You will find a beautiful living space with fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with sofa bed (extra) and TV. A separate toilet. A master bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed, open to the shower room. A second bedroom, connecting with the first (be careful, no door between the 2 bedrooms), equipped with a pull-out bed and closets, which is suitable for children. Reversible air conditioning in the apartment.
