Το Stamoulis' house βρίσκεται στο κεντρικότερο σημείο του χωριού, στην Κάτω Πλατεία Δράκειας και μοιράζεται μαζί της την δροσιά του γέρικου πλατάνου. Η κατοικία διαθέτει έπιπλα με αισθητική εναρμονισμένα με το περιβάλλον, καθιστικό με τζάκι, τραπεζαρία, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ενώ υπάρχει η δυνατότητα προσθήκης κρεβατιού ή παρκοκρέβατου και κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη. Επίσης περιλαμβάνει δύο τηλεοράσεις επίπεδης οθόνης, η μία εκ των οποίων είναι smart tv και παρέχονται οι υπηρεσίες netflix και disney plus.
