The house was built in the 19th century. It is a stone construction with a wall thickness of 60cm resulting in natural coolness in the summer inside the house. It was repaired in 80 with absolute respect to its traditional form, but with all the comforts. The view to Pagasitikos from the courtyard is amazing. The village has a large square with plane trees, small restaurants, a grocery store and a bakery. The nearest sandy beach is in 12 km. Do not miss the ride with the horses of Pantelis and the walks on the paths

Stamoulis' house is located in the most central part of the village, in Kato Drakia Square and shares with it the coolness of the old plane tree. The house has furniture with aesthetics in harmony with the environment, a seating area with a fireplace, a dining table, one bedroom, while there is the possibility of adding a bed or a playpen and a kitchen equipped.
