The highlight for us was the beautiful garden where we spent hours sipping coffee (of course!), and simply soaking in the beauty of our surroundings. The bonfire kept us warm on the cool, breezy nights, adding to the charm. Our host, Sagar, was incredibly gracious and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. He provided us with insightful local tips, from hidden waterfalls to the best places to savor authentic Malnad cuisine. The breakfast and dinner spreads were delightful, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and homemade delicacies. If you're seeking an authentic Chikmagalur experience, look no further. We had a great time at this cosy home. Just enough amenities for a quiet getaway in a gorgeous location. The property is located within an estate and feels just like being at home. the weather in chikamagalur during summer is heaven sent and adds to the quiet and comfortable feeling. Highly recommended for those who are not too picky about having "hotel standards" but are open to a more authentic estate living feel. Aaron was very responsive, courteous, offered clear instructions and was available when required. Would love to visit again 🙂

We recently stayed at Milan Farm Stay and had a wonderful experience. The property is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it perfect for a relaxing break from city life. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was excellent. The house owner was friendly, always ready to help, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. This place is nothing but another home. It has everything one needs especially if you're traveling with a kiddo. Outstanding thing has been about Nishith been really accomodating and is flexible with check-ins and check-outs. The home is at a uphill road but easily accessible. It has a kitchen with all the utensils and basic groceries one would need but if someone's not in a mood to cook, they would have to travel a km to a close by restaurant or grocery store. The house can easily accommodate 6-7 people and is right beside a coffee plantation. There's a dedicated car parking available inside the premises. The only sour point that I felt and it's easily fixable is there's only 1 water geyser for a bathroom. The other one runs on cold water. It will be a bit difficult when there's a full-house in a rainy or winter season.
