Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Mahmutlar

We were a family of 6 there and everyone loved it! The apartment corresponded to everything in the description! Also the contact was great . If what was, azis came right away , I think he's like a caretaker! The car rental also worked out super mega friendly, the organized Karim for us . Murat the car rental also mega kind and accommodating. So if you want to rent something, I recommend asking Karim about murat . The excursions were great . We stayed at Dimcayi which is a must for everyone! To go to another city or area, the 1 bus is very good, which runs about 30 minutes per person 1€ directly to Alanya. We would come back anytime, felt very comfortable. Especially the little ones in the pool, which was always just great until 10 pm. The only thing that is not so nice, that is the beach as it is only stone beach there I recommend waterproof shoes ! the market ( Mondays ) directly 5 min from the apartment is good and cheaper than the others !

The stay was really nice. The house was clean and comfortable, the items were good. The street is lively and cheerful. If you fall, you can definitely stay here with peace of mind. Hosts have effective and fast communication. It was really good

We loved our stay. There was a big rain storm the day we arrived which caused some power issues with the house. Mustafa went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. He had dinner delivered to us our first night and treated our family of 6 to dinner another night. He dropped off breakfast for our family several mornings as well. So hospital and welcoming.

Absolutely loved our stay here as we extended our stay due too a bad experience at a hotel resort (Xoria deluxe!) so decided to try and make a good time of our visit to Alanya by booking a few more days and may I say it was worth it—the staff are helpful and friendly and will help with whatever query you have so much so we AGAIN extended 3 more nights which we are about to once again extend for another 2 more nights…ULU PANORAMA RESIDENCE give all of urselfs a big pat on the back as you and this place are amazing!!! We have shared our experience with our 10,000 + tik tok followers as we feel this place really does need recognition!! Selda is an absolutely fantastic host.Warm, welcoming, and always making sure everything is perfect. My stay at her place was simply unforgettable! The location is breathtaking, with a stunning view over the bay of Alanya. The house is top-tier ,spacious, beautifully decorated, and in impeccable condition. The amenities are outstanding: a fantastic pool, relaxing saunas, and even a billiards table, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was truly impressed with everything! I fell in love with the place right away. Is a very quiet and private place to stay, which I think is great. Owner Mehmet was always available and extremely friendly and helpful. i recommend this home to anyone. This was definitely not my last vacation at the tiny house . The only thing that bothered me was that there was no large mirror and too little chopping for the towels, but these are my luxury problems😊. Everything was perfect .

We stayed in this house for 2 nights. Mr. Azmi was very interested and polite, even though we could come after midnight, he solved our problem. The cleaning of the house was very good. In such houses, there may be hair and hair in some areas of the bed or in some parts of the bed. The house was spacious enough, the kitchen part was a little old but sufficient, we did not see a problem because we did not use it. We liked the view of the harbour that greeted us when we opened our eyes when we arrived. Beautiful apartment in a new building. Exactly like the photos. Apartment has what you need to prepare meals etc. Comfortable bed. Nice balconny to sit and watch the sea. 2 minutes walk to the boardwalk and Cleopatra beach. Great walking area. Restaurants & nearby. AliRiza is a good host. Responds quickly to messages and checked in on us during our stay. We originally booked for 3 weeks and ended up adding an extra week.

Had a perfect honeymoon. Everything was very nice, quick and helpful owner. Lovely villa. We definitely enjoyed our time. Highly recommended. Thank you!
