Thanks to the good connection to public transport (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are within easy reach. (15 min. to the centre / 20 min. to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door, like sand on the beach. 🌊

Our high-quality furnished basement apartment is located on a quiet side street in the popular Habenhausen district. From here you are in no time at the local recreation area Weserdeich. The Bremen City can be reached by bike in about 25 minutes. Commuters can reach the Arsten motorway feeder by car in about 8 minutes. Shopping facilities, doctors + pharmacies are within walking distance. 2 bakers nearby (approx. 5 min. walk) offer breakfast on 7 days.

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Since we also live in an apartment in the house, we are happy to give tips on activities and sights in Bremen at any time.

A place to relax! Our multi-storey in-law with a separate entrance offers a lot of privacy. It's perfect for two adults. A comfortable king size bed ensures a good night's sleep. There is a shower room and the wardrobe on the ground floor. The bright living/sleeping room upstairs invites you to linger. Another small staircase leads to the separate fully equipped kitchen. Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions can be used on the TV.

The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room, a kitchen, a storage room and two bathrooms. Linens and towels are provided. Nearby are the Mahndorf swimming lake (1.5 km), train station (950 m), bus stop (50 m), highway feeder (3 km) as well as various shopping facilities.
