Monthly Rentals in Maho Beach

Anchise’s place was one of the great accommodation we have ever had! Everything was described. It was more we were expected. Also, it is very close to airport and beautiful beaches near by. There are lots of restaurants and shops. We didn’t need car at that time because easy to catch bus and taxi in front of the road. Room was well equipped and comfortable everything. Anchise is very reliable parson. He alway did quick response when we had questions and concerns. Definitely we will come back here when we visit beautiful Sint Maarten! Thanks Anchise.

We frequent the Maho Beach area at least twice a year and it always gets better and better. Our stay was superb. The place was immaculate and I try to stay in the same complex when I go to St. Maarten. The host is always helpful and checking in on you to make sure you have the best stay ever. When we go to Maho Beach we are usually out and about and only go back to the apartment to freshen up and sleep and go back out the next day. Everything in the apartment was well thought out for their guests...from the fresh pool towels to appliances in the kitchen should you want to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this Airbnb. I think the only thing was the bed. My son said it was too hard but I guess this is a matter of perspective and preference. You will not regret it. As described, very clean, everything we needed in the kitchen… easy walking distance to Maho and Mullet beaches. Safe well lighted pathway to city, as late as 22h30, nearby sports complex lights up area well!…all day buses and taxis a few minutes away. Sidewalk to rhine rd…need to watch where you step! Pool was great, active gym. Very well decorated and laid out small 30 sqm studio… good soundproofing! We’re coming back! We loved it!

Loved our stay in Sint-Maarten!!! Shanaan is a fantastic host, her instructions are very relevant and clear and she responds very quickly to our questions. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed having access to beach chairs, an umbrella, a thermal bag and an icepack for our beach day!! I find that it greatly facilitates the happiness of our journey!. The accommodation is super well located, we had not rented a vehicle and we went to Mullet Beach three days during our stay with a short walk of less than 15 minutes. In addition, we left the airport walking with our suitcases and I confirm that it is doing well (there are not always a sidewalk, but it's easy to manage with a piece of luggage such as a roulette cabin), it's less than 20 minutes walk and it allows you to discover the surroundings when we arrive. I recommend it to everyone, would go back!!
