Also you have a sandy beach named Cala'n Blanes which is only 350 meters from the accommodation. Likewise, Ciutadella is 4 kilometers away and offers a greater commercial offer.

Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.

A serene outdoor space features a sparkling blue pool, surrounded by several lounge chairs. The white-walled house, with arched windows and a tiled roof, is set against a backdrop of lush greenery and trees, emphasizing a peaceful retreat.

Plenty of storage. Large living room overlooking the terrace. Very quiet street in the greenery 400 m from the sea and 3 drive from the charming village of Binibeca Vell. The house is fully equipped.
