Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a log villa completed in 2022 in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and spacious. There is one bedroom and a living room/kitchen downstairs. There's also plenty of room and sleeping space on the loft. A new lakeside sauna was built at the cottage in the summer of 2026. The cottage has all the comforts of modernity, and the large windows open up to a great lake view in two directions. In the warmth of the fireplace, it's lovely to watch the Northern Lights and listen to the silence. Welcome!

Views from the windows towards Iso-Syötte. Car and bikes can be covered in the carport. A heated storage room at work level and the option to store leisure equipment are available. The front door provides access to the storage rooms and outdoor trails. Final cleaning and linen available at an additional cost.

Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. Relax with family or friends in this peaceful accommodation. A cottage in Rahkasarantie, completed in late 2023. Peaceful but central location. Pass tracks and bike trails leave almost at the door. About 800m to the ski slope. Downstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, plus a mezzanine and a sofa bed. TV in the living room and bedroom. The cottage is equipped with an electric grill and a garden hose for washing the wheels in the summer. Electric car charging station in the cottage, available for an additional fee.

Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
