Tram and bus 2 min walk. 5 minutes from the CHU, ESEO, Exhibition Centre and Congress Centre. Less than 10 minutes from Terra Botanica, Atoll. 1 hour from Puy du Fou and 45 minutes from La Flèche Zoo. The Space: Studio on land, private access. Accommodation comprising 1 bed of 160 + sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, shower room. We provide bed linens and bath linens.
