The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). Quietly located in a very nice park, you will enjoy the benefits of a quiet countryside and close to must-see sites (Candes Saint-Martin, Montsoreau, Fontevraud Abbey, Chinon, Saumur...). Independent, you will be accommodated in comfort and close to the owners for any questions or needs.

If you want to stay in Angers to discover the city, work, a transfer or simply for fun, we suggest you stop by our house on Lake Maine. Quietly located with the Coulée Verte at your doorstep, you can enjoy many walks on foot or by bike and reach Lake Maine, its beach and its various activities. A shopping mall is nearby. All you have to do is put your bags down. Parking available even for large vehicles.

Montjean-sur-Loire. Old fisherman's house

Located in the center of Montjean-sur-Loire, 100 m from the Loire, this former fisherman's house, beautifully restored in 2022, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay with family. On the Eurovelo 6 and Loire bike paths, this accommodation is open to everyone. The cottage is 200 m from Cap Loire, 150 m from the tourist office and 1 km from the Fief des Cordeliers and the Delaunay estate.
