Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The Capitol and its many activities are 6 minutes away. Less than an hour away is Epernay and its cellars, Reims, Troyes, Verdun. Very bright, south facing with direct access to the garden, located in a farmhouse offering additional space.

On the ground floor of our house (we live upstairs) the accommodation is completely autonomous, accommodating up to 8 people (+ on request), heated pool from 04/01 to 10/31, covered (removable shelters) on a flowery plot of 800 m2. An indoor hot tub, with lounge, treadmill and TV. Private covered terrace with garden furniture, table, relaxation, barbecue. Pets allowed, extra charge (€10 per day). - Pool 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. - Jacuzzi 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
