Dieses 300 m2 grosse Haus mit 5 Terassen wurde in aussergewöhnlicher Lage direkt am Meer errichtet, zu einer Zeit, als man noch in erster Reihe bauen durfte. Zum Strand von Cala Santanyi sind es 300m, zum Badeplatz an den Felsen direkt vor dem Haus nur 15 Meter. Das unwirklich türkisfarbene Wasser des Mittelmeers ist durch das Grün der Pinien aus fast jedem Zimmer des Hauses zu sehen. Das Wahrzeichen Mallorcas, Es Pontas, befindet sich in Sichtweite auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Bucht.

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.
