Perfect beach location! Part of a high standard, modern house on Browns Bay beachfront. 3-4 min flat walk to bus, shops and restaurants. Two large bedrooms with a large bathroom, allowing you exclusive use of this big area downstairs, including the shower, bath and vanity, dining/lounge/kitchenette. Underfloor heating in winter. Large outdoor deck with outdoor furniture, looks into garden with close beach and Rangitoto views. Nespresso machine. Off street parking. $10 per EV charge overnight.

Valley Cottage.

Fully renovated, light, self contained cottage with stunning views of our special valley & Farm. Ideally suited for a couple, but we have a comfy sofa bed ( double), so 2 extras may be accommodated. Just 45 mins drive from Auckland CBD, 8 km from closest small town. An easy stop to or from the airport. Ideal for those looking for a quiet get-away, also with everything required for a longer stay; or to use as a base to explore the surrounding area. There is a full kitchenette, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

Riverside BnB with Spa Pool

Light and modern self-contained studio, own bathroom, kitchenette and living area. Off street parking and own private entrance. Kitchenette has air fryer, toaster, microwave. Walk down end of drive to view Kaipara River. 2 Minute drive to Parakai Mineral Pools and Helensville village, or 10 minute walk to Helensville river walkway to local cafe's or supermarket. Short drive to Muriwai Beach and South Head walking tracks and lakes. Trolley bed for extra adult available, $20 night.

Easy driving distance to beaches, bush walks, kayaking & the famous Puhoi pub. Or simply relax, enjoy the birdsong, views, sunsets, a coffee or wine on the deck, star-gazing. Well set up for self-catering with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave. Cosy wood fire in winter. Hosts live nearby and are very happy to provide any help.

Escape to our cozy, off-grid cabin nestled in the serene Kaipara Hills, perfect for up to two people. Powered by solar energy, this self-contained retreat offers all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, including cooking facilities, a fridge, a shower, and a toilet. Immerse yourself in nature with short bush walks that lead to a stunning rock-bottom river, complete with small waterfalls. Our cabin is simple yet charming, providing the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway.

Tranquil rural getaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Warkworth and Matakana, but with the Te Aroroa trial (500 metres) and countryside on your doorstep. Less than 10 mins to Warkworth, 15 mins to Matakana with its vineyards & markets, close to Omaha beach and the beautiful Tawharanui Peninsula. A great base to explore this incredible area and then relax after a busy day of hiking, beaching & enjoying the local hospitality.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Stones throw from the beach.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

Orewa by the Beach - Coastal living

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

Seacliff VILLA - Luxury apartment, sea views.

Luxury private apartment, with spectacular sea views and space to unwind and relax. Your top floor, provides 96 sq m of quality, comfort, privacy and security. The suite is separate from our living area, with your own private entrance. Walking distance to beach, shops, supermarket, and range of restaurants and cafes. Maximum guests; 2 adults . Not suitable for children of any age.

Tranquil cabin close to Matakana and Warkworth

Wake up to birdsong at this private and quiet getaway, that has plenty of nearby activities and attractions. Visit the local vineyards, markets, restaurants, beautiful beaches and local walks. The cosy cabins are less than an hour North of Auckland tucked away at the base of the Dome Valley reserve which is 5 minutes drive from Warkworth and 15 minutes to Matakana.
