Bed linens, towels and cleaning equipment are available to borrow. Please leave the cabin in the condition you want to find it. Parking at the barbecue area outside the cabin. Proximity to beautiful excursions with rapids and fishing with a fishing license. Play park and football field.

You live next door to the water tower, 10 minutes walk from the center in a quiet area. In our typically Swedish guest hut, you will find 30m2 of space in two rooms. In the sleeping area you will find two very comfortable boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed or as single beds. In our small kitchenette, which is very comfortably equipped and the practical small oven, you could easily prepare a delicious meal. The woodburning stove radiates the charm of hut romanticism and lets you relax in comforting warmth. There are several dogs in the area!

Here you will find peace for rest, enjoy in a quiet environment by the Umeälven river and nature. Sit by the beach, barbecue area , swimming and sunbathing. Close to a slalom slope, lots of miles of great snowmobile trails, there are companies that rent out snowmobiles, fishing in the river or lake, ice fishing or summer fishing. In the yard, we have hens and a rooster that crows beautifully, giving a rural feel. Sometimes there may be new eggs to enjoy.
