My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The house has a beautiful private terrace of 12m2 and a private garden of 42m2. There is a modern garden seating area on the terrace. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min. by car and fast connection to the highway within about 5 min. It's an hour to Vienna by car. The town of Senec, where there is an aquapark and sunny lakes, is 19 minutes by car. There are groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy nearby.

Lozorno (9 km) or Rača (10 km) are also nearby. The house is ideal for a quiet weekend surrounded by forest, bike or just walking around. The house is fully comfortable - underfloor heating and stove heating. The nearest pub is right in the village or you can go to the buffet at Biely Kríž (5 km).

We offer you a lodging place and our hospitality in the extension of the detached house, lying in the quiet street of Stupava, with a free car park in front of the house. You enter it through a separate door in the yard. Downstairs, there is an anteroom, a toilet, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway with staircase. Upstairs you can find air-conditioned attic rooms with 4 beds and a carrycot, if necessary. We put at your disposal lounging in the garden with the grill.
