An apartment 5 meters from the beach front perfect for a couple or a young family with a child. It has all the comfort, open kitchen and dining area, sofa and TV. The apartment has a small backyard with an outdoor shower and area to hang out beach wear and laundry. The bathroom has also a separate shower and a washing machine. On the first floor a double bedroom complete with wardrobes and a beach view. The apartment gets a fresh marine breeze and has a ceiling fan in the dining area.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Casa accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
