Maravillosa casa de dos plantas en Benaocaz, precioso pueblo de la sierra de Cádiz. Cuenta en la planta de abajo, con salón comedor con chimenea, cocina americana y aire acondicionado. La planta de arriba dispone de un amplio dormitorio con 2 camas individuales de 90 cm y un armario empotrado, otro coqueto dormitorio con 1 cama de 1,35 cm y 1 baño con placa ducha, no tiene aire acondicionado. En la planta de arriba también tiene una magnífica terraza con unas vistas preciosas a las montañas.

Mattresses and pillows are of good quality because we know how important it is to sleep well after a long day of sightseeing. Modern townhouse with magnificent interior design and rustic touch, dotted with beautiful details. Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))

West orientated (very sunny), all services within walking distance with no hills or steep streets, 5min to the beach/promenade which has a great selection of bars and restaurants, two main supermarkets within walking distance, main bus to city centre bus stop within 1min walk. The house has Air Conditioning, high speed Wifi and central heating.

Our little vacational house offers relaxing and cosyness. Located in the old fisherman's quarter El Palo in 2017 it was completely renovated, refurbished and decorated with lots of love. It's a perfect fit for families with 2 kids and offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, A/C, a Chill-Out-Corner in the mezzanin and outdoor spaces as there are a Patio and a roof-terrace. All that just a 3 minutes walk away from the beach.

The beautiful and atmospheric house has two floors and a spacious garden. On the ground floor there is a toilet, kitchen and living room. On the first floor are two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a spacious balcony. Equipment for children is also available in the house.
