It is a very light apartment and a big bonus is the private terrace of 15m2 and south faced so even during winterdays you can enjoy the sun. It is a perfect place where you can relax and have a meal. We have just replaced the three old windows with new ones with the highest level of soundproofing, but as they are located in the city centre, silence is not absolute.
