Five stars for everything. Our one-week stay was perfect for our needs. We felt at home right away and we were able to relax. We had lunch overlooking white beach on Boracay on one of the days but otherwise just took time out. The studio apartment is a good size in a modern building and had everything we needed. The air-conditioning is superb, cooking facilities and utensils are relatively new and the fridge/freezer is new with plenty of room. There is hot water in the shower and with good water pressure (make sure the pump is switched on) which gave us the best shower so far in the Philippines. Ana Rose and her team are great hosts and the on-site convenience store had most items we needed with vegetables available just across the road. We had a rental car and were able to park onsite. The view of garden and palm trees is very pleasant. Being in a small village and on the main road we did find it a little noisy at night especially dogs and local karaoke. Highly recommended.

June was great at communication. We were met at the airport and guided all the way to the apartment. A first class service. We changed our plans at the very last minute due to us being unable to go to the Camotes due to the weather and came to Boracay. June was tremendously helpful especially at such short notice. A big thanks.

Loved it!! Staff was attentive anytime we had a question or issue. Everything is within walking distance. Aircon works great!! Bed is comfortable. Clean. Fully stocked kitchen and we cooked everyday.

The host is very accommodating and very nice. This unit is on point. It's a must place to stay in Boracay. We really enjoyed our stay in Boracay.

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our 5 days stay at the place. Though it is not near the main beach it is very accessible by using the HOHO bus and we love that some of tourists destination like Puka beach and Keyhole are near, it also has a beach that is walking distance. The host is responsive and was able to give clear instructions which helped us during our stay. For activities, I highly recommend that you contact the person she told recommended to us Kuya Efren since he is very accommodating. If you are planning to have a peaceful stay at boracay after a long day of activities do not hesitate to book this place.

Chill place close to the beach. Rosaly and Hermes were friendly. Good ac and internet.

My wife and I had a great week staying at Renelito's place. It was exactly what we had hoped. Centrally located with both White Beach & Bulabog Beach a few minutes walk away, and similarly close to DMall and all the shops & restaurants in the area without being in the middle of the bustling Station 2. Access was easy via the security guard and thanks to Renelito's clear & proactive assistance we had no issues checking in or out. The apartment was clean & tidy with a well-equpped kitchen and sitting room, a large comfy bed, good AC and a modern TV set-up. There was a nice looking pool available but we didn't use it, prefering to go to the beaches instead. We would definitely book again, thanks Renelito.

This place was everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! It was private, clean, and surrounded by fresh air, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The locals were incredibly polite and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host and caretaker were super accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

Good place, perfect hospitality

The stay was everything looked for in a 6 month stay in Boracay.. the residence was like home for 6 months I am spoiled now and expect every stay to have an ocean view / mt./golf course view every moment of every day it’s really nice to have a private beach at your disposal too. And then there’s Pooka Beach not 5 minutes away where you can get the locals vibe . 10 minuets on an ETrike or the Hop on Hoo off bus. And you’re at the world famous White Beach and D Mall. Chilling for Happy Hour.the host was quite responsive and a wealth of knowledge of the things to do and see. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

This is a fantastic place to stay. I loved relaxing on terrace with the sunset view for the pool chair was stunning. The bath tub was clean and inviting but too hot to enjoy during the day, even with the roof cover. The host was incredibly kind allowing me to check in early and stocking fridge with fresh fruits and snacks. The property is located on a hilly type of location so getting there is a bit of trek. While it’s manageable for fit travellers but challenging if you have heavy bags. Overall I’d recommend this place for anyone who is looking to unwind in peace with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from your home place.

It's the perfect hideout for couples looking for a private retreat. Snugged in a quiet and high corner, this place is truly a gem. We were both so happy to have booked it. There's quite some steps to climb on your way up to the apartment but the view makes it totally worth it. The sunset view is magnificent. We rented a motorbike to move around as the resort is quite far in. But if you dont drive, the resort provides free daily shuttle too. There's cooking equipment provided and supermart is just 3 mins drive so it's very convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly, they give you a number to contact them anytime for help. Simply love this place!
