I am very happy to have chosen this place for my first stay in Iloilo. Feels like home. Not just spacious for my group, unit set up is practical for family use and spotlessly clean. Amenities are thoughtfully set up and well stocked. since it’s Christmas, there are lovely festive decorations in the unit. Location is nearby festive mall, k town and market place. Laundry services is also easy to arrange. Thank you korina for this memorable stay and I will definitely come back to your place when I am back in the future.

My husband and I had such a lovely and peaceful 2 weeks stay at Pia’s gem of a home! The location is perfect! The huge private patio with an ocean view is special! The sunsets are magnificent! You will feel like you are in paradise. Pia is an exceptional host and our transport, check in/check out was seamless! Her friendly and helpful housekeeper Ate Nene was always in timely communication. We highly recommend and will make this our home when we return to Boracay! 5 star 💫 Thank you Pia for everything! If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place for you. Ms. Abby and Ms. Jane were very responsive to our queries & requests. The place is very homey and spacious. They even have room service cleaning when mam Jane is available! Will definitely book this again for our next Boracay trip.

Spacious studio, very clean, complete amenities, and located ideally at Iloilo Business Park. This Airbnb is a perfect base when in Iloilo. It is a short walk to the Festive Walk Mall and IMOCA, and a short grab ride to Molo Plaza and Jaro Plaza. The pool and gym were also excellent. The hosts are very kind and responsive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay with no issues. The place is easy to find and accessible by Grab. It's spacious enough, making it perfect for a big group of friends or family. Overall, it's a nice place, and I’d definitely recommend it. The host was very nice and proactive in providing instructions. We were also able to check in early and extend our checkout for a minimal additional fee, which was very convenient.

Great place. It's near a water refilling station, sari sari store, and can access Robinson's supermarket by trike/e-bike. Place has good a/c, a nice stove, refrigerator and all basic necessities needed. Internet speed is great too. Great for working from Home. Would recommend anyone who would have events near panaad to avail of this space. It's a great place to stay in!

This is a fantastic place to stay. I loved relaxing on terrace with the sunset view for the pool chair was stunning. The bath tub was clean and inviting but too hot to enjoy during the day, even with the roof cover. The host was incredibly kind allowing me to check in early and stocking fridge with fresh fruits and snacks. The property is located on a hilly type of location so getting there is a bit of trek. While it’s manageable for fit travellers but challenging if you have heavy bags. Overall I’d recommend this place for anyone who is looking to unwind in peace with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from your home place.

It's the perfect hideout for couples looking for a private retreat. Snugged in a quiet and high corner, this place is truly a gem. We were both so happy to have booked it. There's quite some steps to climb on your way up to the apartment but the view makes it totally worth it. The sunset view is magnificent. We rented a motorbike to move around as the resort is quite far in. But if you dont drive, the resort provides free daily shuttle too. There's cooking equipment provided and supermart is just 3 mins drive so it's very convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly, they give you a number to contact them anytime for help. Simply love this place!
