Located 5 minutes from the train station and a 12-minute walk from the city center, you will find all types of shops on site (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, delicatessen) but also an Intermarché. In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.

This 40 m2 apartment, very nice and bright, is located on the 3rd floor of an 18th century building in Battant, a historic and lively district of the city. It is a 7-minute walk from Viotte train station and has free parking nearby. Dual-aspect, the living room overlooks a pretty square adorned with a fountain and the kitchen overlooks an inner courtyard. The living room has a sleeping area (double bed with new bedding) and a sitting area.
