The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

A living area features wooden beams that add character to the space. Two armchairs, one upholstered in red, are positioned next to a small side table. A bookshelf filled with books stands against the wall, providing a cozy touch. The kitchen is visible in the background.

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

completely renovated upper floor of an old farmhouse in a magnificent landscape. 2 bedrooms and a modern kitchen, private bathroom with large shower and bath tub, living room with hifi, TV and Video, Wifi Sunny terrasse and a garden with barbecue. Bikegarage and pingpong table! We have a very friendly dog, Karla. She is used to guests and most likely will welcome you when you arrive!!
