Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The apartment is located at the ground floor, in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Domodossola. It takes 10-15 min walk to get to Piazza Mercato and city centre. The area is surrounded by nature and and it’s located 50 meters from the wood with access to hiking and MTB pat We live on the upper floor but the apartment has fully independent access. The place is calm and quiet and it is a perfect base to hike, ski, visit Calvario (Unesco World Heritage) or explore Val d’Ossola.

Rustic surrounded by greenery, close to the river and its beaches, rock for climbing 30m, klettern, 200m Bus to Locarno and Ascona (5km) 10 min WALK from the road on a path. Minimum one adult 27 years old. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.) In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute).

Old Cherry House Rivoria

Beautiful two-room apartment in a newly restored sixteenth-century rustic building. It is very quiet: it can be reached on foot by a short path. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-fired oven and near the ancient grape press. The town is located at an altitude of about 500 meters at the entrance to the Vigezzo Valley, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, in front of Moncucco and Domobianca.

The apartment is simple, welcoming, modern but with an antique touch. Upon entering the house, there is an open space kitchen with all the necessary appliances: a table for breakfast products, a reclining sofa and a Smart TV. The cabin is located in the Val Mastallone, in the north of Piedmont above the village of Cravagliana. The area is ideal for beautiful walks, mushroom picking and spotting wild animals. The hiking trails start near the cabin. A hiking map is available in the cabin.

The apartment is located in the sunny village of Toceno and offers its guests a pleasant stay full of relaxation and tranquility. The apartment consists of a small atrium that leads to the bathroom (equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet) and to the open space living room + kitchen. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Note the presence of free WiFi and the laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
