Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstal valley and yet in a completely secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is cultivated. Many chickens, bees and our two Labrador girls Caro and Maya live with us and roam freely around the farm. Vacationers and installers are welcome!

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Das Tiny House 'Am Bach' liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, direkt am Reißinger Bach und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Dem Gast steht ein komplettes Haus mit eigener Terrasse und Privatparkplatz zur Verfügung. Der Bayerische Wald ist ca 30 Minuten entfernt, der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald eine Stunde. Für Motorradfahrer vermitteln wir gerne auf Anfrage Motorrad-Kurven-Trainings im Bayerischen Wald mit einem erfahrenen Fahrertrainer.
