GEM IN A PLACE WHERE TIME STOOD STILL The best thing about this place is the location - right next to the sea in the tiny town of Zaglav. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful surroundings. You can jump into the sea right after walking out of the house. The view from the terrace is beautiful. This is the Host’s family home - on the second floor of which there are 4 studio apartments that have a shared outside entrance via stairs. The terrace of the apartments have some partitions but they are shared so in the end of the day not fully private. The studio (we stayed in no 2, then no 4 as we extended our stay, and Petra was kind enough to book us in) is modern, clean and has all the basics. Bathroom specially nice. Everything was very clean, and the AC works well. Parking is in front of the building, very practical. My only criticism would be the beds - they are doubles but there is a big gap between the two mattresses and we did not find them too comfortable. Petra is a great host.

We had a lovely family holiday in the 2 apartments. It was very clean and well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and games room. The outside kitchen area with bbq was great and there was no need to go indoors to cook/eat.

The place was just awesome! The decor is really great (exactly our style!). It was extremely clean and Tonka greeted us personally and was extremely warm. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Zadar or Paklenica National Park. We felt very comfortable and it was one of the best we've had so far.

Verdana’s apartment is ideal for a short stay at Zadar. It is very clean & just as shown in the photos. It is about 25mins walk along the coastal path into the heart of the old town. The walk is very pleasant, safe & lit at night. Verdana was very helpful & recommended excellent restaurants in the old town. We recommend staying at Verdana’s.

Great modern villa with a handy supermarket just over the road. Felt very clean, had three large double rooms and a swimming pool (which sadly I didn't get to use due to the weather) Private at the time I was there as the neighbor in the house that overlooks was away. The host had great communication with me throughout the stay and I felt safe and comfortable in the location. Unfortunately during my stay they were digging up the road so it was very noisy most of the day. A real shame as I currently live on a building site at home and would loved some quiet- but that is no fault of the owner- just unfortunate. The weekends were blissfully quiet though- with the chickens clucking away instead. Loved the little apartment round the back- super en suite shower room! Thank you for a great stay and I hope you got to enjoy some of the food and drink I left for you too! :)

Felt really at home there. The view was lovely and peaceful. Everywhere, both inside and out was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well stocked ( maybe a toaster would be good). We took our bikes, there were some lovely little villages to cycle to, swim and eat at. Unfortunately, we didn't swim outside the house as the sea was a bit choppy due to windy weather but the water was beautiful and clear. Really enjoyed our stay and if in that area would definitely stay again. Thankyou Marija.

Bozena was one of the warmest hosts I have ever experienced. She was always available by phone and helpful. She was flexible at check-in and check-out, even though I was there out of season (January). The place was clean and well equipped. It is a small room, with a small kitchen, but it still has everything you need. Everything is clean and in good condition! Bozena's property is completely fenced, which my dog loved. Through garden furniture and a privacy screen, you can share Bozena's garden and have privacy. The property is ideally located, in two minutes' walk you are by the sea, in the center and at the harbor. I really enjoyed my time at Bozena's. I was warmly welcomed and seen off and felt safe and welcome as a single female traveler out of season.

I absolutely love the place! Comfy and spacious modern apartment with a lot of amenities. It was super clean when we arrived. The private garden with grille is lovely addition to apartment itself. I highly recommend!
