Picturesque house next to beach

Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Fresh 106 sqm townhouse with garden! Downstairs has a large hall with storage, bathroom and a kitchen with big fridge and freezer as well as everything one needs to cook. Next to it, there is a private laundry room. Further in there is a living room with large sofa, TV and a bunk bed. Upstairs there are three cozy double bedrooms and a bathroom. Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Charmerende privat byhus i 4 etager med en lille hyggelig baghave, hvor I kan slappe af efter en lang dag på sightseeing. Huset er ideelt for 2 par eller en lille familie med større børn. Bemærk: husets 2 soveværelser er på 2 forskellige etager, og ikke ideelt for familier med små børn Det er en unik og funktionel bolig. Welcome to our lovely house in Lyngby. Close to nature and a short train ride from the city center, it’s a perfect base for families to explore the city. The surrounding area offers beautiful nature and possibilities for hiking and canoeing. The house sleeps up to 10 -12 guests in 5 bedrooms, one loft and a living room sleeping couch. There is also a cute garden and terrace, and the community playground is just out the back door.
