The place is in a great location. With a partial view of the Bosphorus, mine has a nice morning. All public transport is super easy and quick to walk. Whether you have to go to the port, the metro or to the bus station. All shops serving daily needs in the immediate vicinity, as well as restaurants and coffees. Damla as a host is super nice, accommodating and quick to reach. The demand for the well-being of your guests alone shows what kind of person they are. I can only say thank you. We will definitely book the apartment again on our next visit. Thank you for everything

I had a wonderful stay and I loved the apartment. From the Kadikoy station ( with the ferry) it’s an easy 10-15min walk to the apartment and it’s so easy to find. The apartment itself had everything I needed, a packed kitchen and a very stylish space. It was clean and neat and very cozy. Özlem is such a great host too, very warm and easy to chat to and always responded super fast. The neighbourhood had Lots of good places to eat, literally 3/4 min walk from the apartment. There was a lot to explore in terms of restaurants and pubs around the block. Felt like its own little city with a nice vibe. The Ayrılık Çeşmesi station is 5mins away so it was easy to grab an underground metro to the European side. This place is a great find and I would love to book it again in the future. 5 🌟

A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

The house was the same as in the photos, we never had a mistake, the house was very clean and warm, if we go again, we will choose it again:) It has a little slope, but Ms. Cemre recommended it to us in beautiful places and had a great fish:)

The stay was wonderful. The apartment was very nice, and the host was friendly, understanding, and flexible. This apartment will be my choice for future visits to Istanbul.

We had a great time during our stay at Berks place. Location was perfect. Tram is right outside the door and boats to European side is just a short walk away. Apartment was very comfortable. We appreciated how equipped the kitchen was, we were able to cook breakfast for 5 everyday of our stay. I would recommend Berks place to anyone.

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! We enjoyed our stay The view of the city was breathtaking. We spent our mornings just sitting in the balcony, sipping tea, and soaking in the peaceful vibe of the island, gently rocking in the chairs. The host was warm and welcoming. He even met us at the pier late at night after the ferry and gave us a ride to the house — such a thoughtful gesture. The house itself had the charm of an old, cozy home, with wooden furniture, soft rugs, blankets, and lots of cushions — it felt like a warm hug. We stayed at the end of April for about five days. It was a bit chilly inside because of the sea breeze, and we couldn’t really adjust the indoor temperature, but the thick blankets and endless cups of Turkish tea made it perfectly bearable.

The space was as described. The staff were friendly and solution-oriented. There was a problem with the TV remote in the room we stayed in, they quickly took care of the problem. There was no hair dryer because it was stolen all the time. I think that's an understandable inconvenience. Apart from that, everything was fine. I love the comfort and design of the lounge. It creates a warm environment. Absolutely satisfied.

Clean and comfortable apartment, super well located in the Yeldeğirmeni district of Kadikoy, which is lively, full of cafes and restaurants, but much quieter than the south of Kadikoy. The apartment is within a 10-minute walk of several metro stations, and the ferry pier. Hakan is a very friendly and available host, who really makes sure everything goes smoothly for you throughout the stay. In short, I totally recommend the choice of this apartment, for a magical stay in Istanbul 🙂

You chose it to spend the weekend, it was one of the best weekends I've had thanks to this house. The house is incredibly peaceful, every detail is incredibly beautiful. Extremely clean. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit on the balcony against the sea view. Ms. Burcu was also very sweet, she took care of us from start to finish. Luna, her cat, was just as sweet, adding color to our weekend. Everything was a great experience.

The house is really beautiful as in the pictures. Beds and sheets were clean. The TV was connected to the internet, there is youtube and Netflix. I had a good time, I will come again. Thank you Mr. Mehmet.

First of all, the decor and design of the house was really amazing. It really had a very warm environment. Every detail has been thought out for guests. It was an important detail that all of the products offered were vegan and eco-friendly. Although it was a cool weekend, we warmed up comfortably with the combi boiler. Gökçe & Derya are extremely kind and helpful people who really see their guests as “guests.” They responded quickly to everything. Thanks for the amenities and help they provided.

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

We had a great time at Nilufer's apartment, she is a great host! The place was clean and had everything we needed it (a kitchen chopper would be useful :))). Many shops and place to eat nearby the apartment. Easy access to the bus/metrobus (it takes 30-40 minutes to the historical center). The parking spot was so useful! It's difficult to find parking places around the building/ in Istanbul.

Melih's place was exceptionally good! Booked this apartment because of the cozy and homey feel it had, and once checked in, it did not disappoint. Melih was very responsive from the first request, incredibly friendly and helpful host, offered to go above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable unique one in a city I often visit. The check in was smooth and very flexible. As soon as I got to the apartment, I was in awe of how well it was thought of, how clean it was, and I mean extremely clean (this is coming from an OCD person for clean places). there was everything you need for a comfortable stay that felt like staying at a family home. The location is also very convenient as described. Every single detail in the apartment, from the toiletries in the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the ornaments and artwork in the entire apartment, and oh, the googly eyes on simple imperfections to make them humorous, and I cannot stop mentioning how clean the floors and carpets were. Thank you!
