Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Cozy apartment with a fantastic view

Apartment with a dream view of the Karawanken, in fine weather all the way to Slovenia. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating for cozy warmth, in the kitchen fine wood stove for heating. In the middle of the Gurktal in a small village with some hiking and biking routes nearby. Within 10 minutes there is the shopping town of Feldkirchen with many possibilities. Within a very short time you can get to various lakes such as Wörthersee, Ossiacher See and Goggausee.

Time out in the countryside

Hier kann man sich zurückziehen, Ruhe, Kultur und Natur genießen und dennoch jederzeit in das prickelnde Leben am Wörthersee eintauchen, welcher nur ein "Katzensprung" entfernt ist. In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich z.B. die Golfanlagen Moosburg-Pörtschach. Für alle, die im Urlaub gerne aktiv sind, bietet Moosburg zahlreiche Nordic Walking Strecken und Wanderwegen. You will feel comfortable in this spacious newly renovated accommodation in Grafenstein. The apartment is quiet, spacious with plenty of space and with a large balcony. The pool invites you to chill out and relax. Lake Klopein is 10 km away, tennis courts are within walking distance, and you can start cycling right at your doorstep. For your culinary well-being, there are various inns within walking distance that score with regional cuisine.

Comfort near lake, university & stadium

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
