Beach house holiday rentals in Malua Bay

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

Loved our time at Bombora Cottage. Fire pit dinners, veranda breakfasts, bush walks, beach swims, wildlife visits. Beds and couch comfy. Cupboards a bit musty. Small interior for four but didn’t matter due excellent weather. Pack enough clothes and towels for your stay- no laundry. We were prepared and had the most beautiful family weekend together at this perfect beach bush location. The veranda is exceptional- looks through spotted gums down to the ocean and is very quiet as the cottage is tucked away next to the bush. Thanks Rachel, for this special time together,

Great location and perfect set up for our family Easter break. Lots of utensils and extras to make cooking easy. Can't fault our stay. Will stay again.

What a gorgeous, authentic beach house. This isn’t a place that has been just done up to AirBnb - It has all the charm and character of a genuine family holiday house - With the most spectacular views! The master bedroom is HUGE with its own kitchenette, WIR and ensuite. The house is well laid out and they have thought of everything to make it comfortable for a families stay - from the coffee machine (although with the coffee shop a one-minute walk from the bedroom at the jetty I would just go down there) to the fridge with an ice machine to the basket loaded with wood to have an open fire. We have rented many places in Mossy Point and this was our favourite. And Kaylyn is amazing - The speed at which she replies and the care she has put into every detail to make your stay amazing is well appreciated. Highly recommend a stay here.

The house was aged but clean and comfortable. The location was great, very quiet and peaceful with lots of trees. We have 3 dogs who loved the large safe yard and also the reserve behind for long runs. Dog friendly beaches were minutes away. We would recommend a stay here.

We'll be back. Typical day: Beach (across the road), coffee (next door), sit in the sun (on deck), vegan pies from the Cafe (next door), beach, brewery (next door), bed. - You really don't need to go anywhere for anything.

This is the place I come back to over and over again. It is my most special place at the beach. A beautiful location with the beach on the doorstep, a spotlessly clean house, equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Perfection.

Lyndall is a fantastic host. She gave clear instructions and lots of great tips on food and activities in the local area. We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and had everything we needed in a perfect location for a relaxing weekend away.

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Would highly recommend this place, had all the amenities needed with a beautiful pool, balcony and multiple shared spaces for us to hang out in. Very close to the local shops and we spent half the day at Malua Bay Beach, a close drive from the place. Very comfortable beds and the whole place was so clean and spacious.

Jude was very friendly and responsive, and her place was tidy and had the basics. It is a very good location, a very short walk to a nice beach

We stayed here for a beautiful family holiday! The place was amazing, with such special views and beautiful coastal walks! The house was super clean and perfect for a whole family! The heated pool was an absolute bonus and we enjoyed everything minute here! Mark was super helpful and had a quick response time, defiantly will be staying again! Thank you!!

A short walk to the beach and coffee van in the morning. Local shops also super close for last minute items. We loved our stay and hope to be back.

We loved our stay at Sandy Place, Long Beach. 5 bedrooms made it a super comfortable stay for a large group. The house has lots of different spaces for people to entertain themselves and not get in each other’s way. A high point was the kitchen that, unlike most rentals, is brilliantly stocked with everything you could ever think you might need and more. In lots of cases much nicer than home! There are so many beautiful things in this property that it made it a joy to be in, while still being down to earth enough to feel like a chilled holiday house. We had a brilliant and relaxing time.

A great place for a large family group. Fantastic games room. Well-designed inside and outdoor living.

A wonderful, spacious, well stocked home that was perfect for our group of two families (4A, 5C). Super close to the beautiful creek and beach, which is perfect for families. Self contained upstairs and downstairs gave some privacy for each family while still feeling like we were all together. Peaceful garden setting backing onto the creek (bonus; kayaks provided and it's very easy to kayak from the house to the creek by the beach). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Quality inclusions throughout, which were just right - good quality but not so fancy that you have to worry the kids will break something priceless! No air conditioning and linen, but this helps keep it affordable. Driveway is steep and requires some skill to navigate as there are three driveways together and neighbours have asked that guests don't use their driveways to turn around. This was ok for us but if you were towing a trailer or not confident reversing it would be difficult. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful House, very quiet and super clean. We felt safe and slept like logs. There is a Lovely terrasse and the street is super nice, leading you to IGA or the beach

Very well priced. Full of extra touches like washing machine tablets, coffee pods, etc. Excellent garage capacity to keep the bikes dry (nearby Mogo is a mountain biking dream). Hosts were proactive and very friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we go back!

Beautiful location made for a delightful pet friendly get away. The water was still fine for swimming and the munjip trail and markets at Maruya are well with it.

The location is superb Whilst the house is not new we found it to be very clean and tidy. The backyard was great for our two small dogs. Overall it meet our needs and expectations and would highly recommend.

Lilly Pilly Beach is such a gorgeous little protected beach where we loved going when my daughter was little. To be hidden away amongst the gum trees, with sounds of birds and nature, to see the stars and the Milky Way in all its glory at night, was very special. Lauren is responsive and lovely to deal with. She has arranged everything in the house superbly. It is beautifully fitted out and well equipped to make for an easy and luxurious stay for those who like good coffees and cooking. She even has martini glasses and a martini shaker! The ping pong table was great fun. Being able to bring our 17 year old cavoodle was incredible. She had a great time. There are lots of outdoor sitting and eating places. It's a gorgeous spot and we had a wonderful weekend.

Great location in walking distance to beach. Club at the back with great food options. House was well presented and spotless with easy check in and great communication. Thanks for having us!
