If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The village of Montclar, in a circular layout, overlooks the Aude valley. The view, facing the Pyrenees, is breathtaking. The garden is planted and flowered. The swimming pool, fenced for safety, is surrounded by a hedge for your privacy. You enter the house through a bright, south-facing living room. A dressing room completes the master bedroom. Two 90 cm beds are in the other bedroom. Come and experience a favourite stay.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. There is a wood-burning stove for the winter. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.
