Sunny, quiet terrace with barbecue + sunny and shaded garden with deckchairs.

The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached larger house. We live in the larger house and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The accommodation has its own entrance and is separated from our house by thick stone walls. There is a living room at ground level with a corner kitchen and upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is a very quiet location.

This suite has been renovated and decorated to ensure a moment of total escape. The Célysse farmhouse is a typical Bessin farmhouse dating from 1820. It consists of a large room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. The floor has 4 bedrooms. Outside there is a courtyard and a 1500 m2 garden with terrace and pond. It is located near Trévières (all shops), 9 km from the landing beaches (Omaha Beach) and 12 km from Bayeux (Tapestry, cathedral...) Bed linen and towels are provided.

Sciotot: The barn – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Our establishment "Les Gîtes du Couesnon" offers you a converted outbuilding opposite our 19th century house. You will be able to enjoy the south-facing garden, in a quiet area, equipped with a ping pong table. The gîte has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. We are 6 km from Mont-Saint-Michel, 500 m from the GR34 hiking trail, which allows you to go to Mont-Saint-Michel with the bicycles we provide.

Located in the heart of the village of Auderville, 500 m from the sea and the Goury lighthouse, this former fishermen's shed was transformed in 2023 to accommodate you comfortably. This cocoon is ideal for resting after spending the day on the hiking trails, and on the GR223 customs trail.
