The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Waterfront

Stay in the heart of nature, by the water, you will discover a cottage with a kitchen area, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet. A covered terrace is also accessible to guests. For fishermen, the pond is populated with carp and white amur (no-kill fishing). On 10 hectares, you will discover a fish farm, 5 ponds, as well as a bar area and local products. We are 1 hr 15 min from Caen and Mont Saint-Michel, 30 minutes from the landing beaches...
