🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence. For you who want an idyllic cabin dream - undisturbed and sunny - this is the perfect place. Skjernøya outside Mandal. Charming and simple standard cabin. Jetty and private undisturbed bay with bathing facilities. The place has sun from morning to evening. There is electricity, but no running water. There is 2000L of cistern water and water purifier in the cabin for cooking, coffee and washing. There is 500m of easy uneven terrain to walk to get to the cabin.

Towels (1 large + 1 small) and bed linen are included in the price, and the beds are made upon arrival. 2 parking spaces. There is a large terrace to the west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.

Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. A unique small one-room cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook. Cooktop connected to gas. Access to water in water tanks. The outdoor toilet is about 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to provide yourself with firewood during your stay. Tenants receive directions to the cabin. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin.
