Monthly Rentals in Mandeville Canyon

Great neighborhood that is extremely safe and walkable. I didn't have a car and felt perfectly comfortable walking even at night. Very convenient to UCLA and to the Getty and Hammer museums. I took advantage of the free museums, botanical garden, and sculpture garden on UCLA's campuses. Also a great independent theater nearby.

My mother and I stayed at Nicole's place for a month. The place itself was as expected. There were no real surprises. Nicole very generously supplied a brand new comforter and set of beddings for us given that there were two guests and one of the guests was not sleeping on the bed in the bedroom. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Nicole for a very pleasant stay.

A great spot tucked into a quiet neighborhood, yet near enough to major roads and mass transit to make getting around a breeze. The building is quiet and peaceful, and the unit itself comfy and spacious!

Great location. Really nice neighbors and community. Bike to the beach, walk to coffee shops, walk to lunch, walk to the bowling alley. Street Parking in the neighborhood was surprisingly good. Internet was really good. Enjoyed my stay very much. A+
