Holiday rentals with a patio in Manduel

Very good stay, very responsive host. The directions to access it are very clear and more imaged by photos. Ideal location of the studio close to the port and the beach, and shops 2 steps away. Clean and quiet studio. The only negative is the sofa bed, frankly very very noisy, loud spring noise as soon as you make the slightest movement. It would only be replaced by a double bed.

Let's continue in the momentum of 5/5 since Fred and Nathalie deserve it! The welcome was perfect, the apartment nothing to say, impeccable! The bed and sofa are comfortable and the kitchen is functional. A shopping mall with a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and other shops are within walking distance. Once again thank you for everything and for your kindness! We'll definitely be back during our next stay in the area!

Accommodation as shown in the photos. The apartment is very spacious and in excellent condition, the garage for parking the car is a real plus. Ideal location: 2 steps from the sea and shops. Very flexible check-in and checkout and quick communication with co-hosts who are very responsive. I would recommend this home ! The only downside: no chair or table in the rooms (not practical for putting down your things) and no toaster!

Perfect Family Stay in Avignon! Our family of 6 had an absolutely wonderful stay in this spacious and gorgeous apartment. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Avignon. The apartment is incredibly roomy, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance of all the main attractions in Avignon, making it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about transportation. Close to Avignon, Saint-Rémy, the beautiful Provence and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, the place offers many possibilities for visits and excursions. We would highly recommend it!! Great week at La Grande Motte and more broadly in the Camargue that we discovered as a family. The accommodation is really great for a family of four in good weather as it allows access to the beach in 2 minutes and come back to eat before going on the adventure of the surrounding cities and areas. Mélanie took good care of us when we arrived and was super responsive to our requests. We even had a visit from a Rabbit for Easter Monday 🐇 If we have to come back to the area we will definitely pick up this rental.

My sister and I (young seniors) were traveling alone. We felt so safe staying here for a week. Patrick and Melodie were quietly close by if we needed anything or had any questions about the home or area. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and bathrooms were spotless and modern. Lots of wineries, French country towns and markets nearby to explore and hiking trails. The property is situated on a beautiful tree shaded garden with a secluded swimming pool used exclusively by us. This is a fabulous rental and we can’t wait to return. Patrick and Melodie and puppy “Tina” were so welcoming and lovely to converse with. We rate this 100 stars!!

no key box, a human (concierge) gave us the keys on arrival and on departure we returned the keys to other humans (owner) and that's rare and great! clean apartment, well equipped, parking space a short walk from the entrance of the building which is a short walk from the entrance of the residence, the best! now for the cons: no choice but to return the keys...

Very nice nice apartment with small quiet terrace where you can settle and have a drink,true to the listing. The center is 15 mesa feet away ,which is still correct.
