A 120 m² vaulted apartment comprising a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, two large adjoining bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room (each with a toilet), and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the Garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches, and 1 hour from Arles, Avignon and Montpellier). Access to the shared swimming pool with the owners from early May to late September.

welcome to our home during our weekends/holidays. entire house except OUR rooms. living room, kitchen, toilet, laundry room on the ground floor. 2 terraces including one covered. a secure 8x4m swimming pool. on the first floor your 11m2 room with 160 bed and brand new bedding, air conditioning, roller shutters throughout the house. toilet and spacious bathroom. Some rooms are renovated, others not yet (kitchen, bathroom) but very functional. The accommodation is secured against squatting (camera on the entrance door)

The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

The Oasis, a rare place for nature lovers in the middle of a 1-hectare olive grove between Uzès and the village of Collias. In this small architect's house in Vers stone with its private terrace, totally autonomous, solar electricity and drilling, you will find calm and tranquility. In the morning the peacocks will come to greet you and wish you a beautiful day. The Gardon and Alzon next door for swimming and a swimming pool shared with us, will refresh you on summer days

The apartment consists of two elegant twin bedrooms en suite. Fitted kitchen in natural wood leading from the TV. WIFI lounge/dining room.The main entrance in the lounge you can exit into the BBQ, patio area. The pool area is open from May to October .
