My experience with my family in La Posada was spectacular! The location is very convenient. These are very short of time in Pampatar and shopping malls. And you are also on the way to the beach if you wish. On the other hand, the house has a lot of comfort. It has its pool, jacuzzi. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the host is tasked with making you feel at home. Which is incredibly good. We'll definitely come back.

Outside of the excellent price they manage for such a property, coming back to that house brings me so many family memories. This is without a doubt one of the best places to stay in Porlamar, is close to a lot of things, the apartment is impeccable, the location is top-notch and the place is very well maintained with lots of facilities to be used, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Porlamar also Victor and his wife are super friendly and lovely people always available to be reach out and attentive.

Probably, today located in the best area of the island. Very pleasant modern apartment with a lot of natural light facing the ocean with a fantastic view of the sea. In a island where water shortage is common, did not have any issue with it. Nice modern kitchen and appliances. Very pleasant stay and very friendly hosts. Will certainly return whenever possible

Enrique’s Place was a fantastic stay for our trip to Margarita Island. The apartment is very centrally located — within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and other key spots, which made everything incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless and very well kept, offering plenty of space and comfort for our group of five. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evenings or enjoying a morning coffee. A special thanks to Neida, who was outstanding throughout our stay. She was responsive, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, we had an excellent time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Enrique’s Place to anyone planning a visit to Margarita. Cozy apartment, with excellent view, I always felt at home, in all areas of it there was total comfort, excellent furniture to rest after a long day of enjoyment, the rooms are very comfortable, until bathing is a good experience due to the comfort of the apartment. No complaints, 10/10. The kitchen area is very comfortable and with all the necessary equipment, impeccable attention to the guests. I look forward to booking soon!

It was a pretty good experience. Just like at home, Mrs. Xiomara's excellent attention, the arrival was quite flexible and comfortable, I would come back and recommend it to my friends, easy access, well-kept common areas, safe, impeccable and quiet. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. Throughout the front of the CC Rattan, you can walk, by car everything is very close, go to the beach 5 to 10 minutes. Food kiosk around the corner. Convenient parking, A barbecue area, a lovely pool. A kiosk inside the same residence. The apartment is clean, with air conditioning, internet, cable. A coffee maker, a microwave, an electric stove, fairly complete kitchen utensils, glasses, to be comfortable throughout your stay. I'm grateful for the treatment and support they gave us. Great location. The apartment felt comfortable for a family of 4. Two adults and two little girls The only thing I would add is something to place the wet clothes as it is a beach apartment. The pool is excellent and the beach right in front of the building is also a good option if you decide not to move to the rest of the beaches on the island someday. We would definitely repeat the stay.
