Our stone house, built in accordance with the original texture of Alaçatı that began in the early 1800s, with the harmony of the stones and wood of the region, aims for your comfort and peace with the opportunities it offers. Our house, which is centrally located but on a quiet street as much as possible, provides the opportunity to both access entertainment within walking distance and enjoy peace in its courtyard. A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

The number of beds is increased with inflatable floor beds for extra people. Rabbits, cats and squirrels will accompany you during your break.
