Our detached villa with a heated pool has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is designed for a peaceful holiday for up to 9 people. It features a 9 × 4 m heated pool that is open 24 hours a day. Set within a 540 m² private garden, it offers the perfect setting for an enjoyable holiday. The villa is located 6.5 km from the centre of Eskifoça. It has its own vehicle garage. There are 3 bathrooms: one large shared bathroom with double washbasins and two en-suite bathrooms for the bedrooms. There are 4 air-conditioning units in our villa. We would be delighted to welcome you to our villa so that you can create wonderful memories.

Our home is a unique village house located in Karaot Village, in the Torbalı district of İzmir, which reflects the village character with its stone architecture. Designed for our guests who want to enjoy a calm and peaceful stay in the heart of nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to its stone structure, it offers a cool atmosphere in summer and a warm and pleasant atmosphere in winter. You can enjoy nature in the garden. An ideal destination for those seeking a quiet, romantic getaway in harmony with nature. 🌿

Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Grand House

Our house is located in a 4,000 square meter garden in the forest and has 2 floors, 400 m2, 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a living room. Along with many alternatives in the surrounding area, it offers the opportunity to be in touch with nature away from the noise of the city. Our house is heated by a central fireplace system. When the fireplaces are lit, the heat goes to all the radiators. We also have a kitchen stove in our winter garden and electric heaters in the rooms. Please specify the number of guests when booking.

The house is located in Kösedere, an old nomadic village before Karaburun. Kösedere is a hidden village located on a slope 8 minutes away by car from the sea to protect it from attacks from the sea in ancient times. You can taste local delicacies such as gözleme and pastries in the cafes in the charming square in this village where the series was shot. Its people are extremely friendly and helpful.
