This cozy holiday home is quietly located on one of the hiking trails of the nature park de Morvan, in Burgundy in France. The gite has a cozy living room, a spacious kitchen and upstairs two bedrooms with shared toilet and bathroom. There is a spacious terrace and a courtyard overlooking the hills of the Morvan. There are many beautiful hiking trails and cycling and fishing opportunities in the neighborhood. The vacation home is not far away from Lac des Settons and right between the cities of Autun and Saulieu.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. The materials are of high quality, the decoration has been carefully chosen mixing contemporary style and medieval style in the bedrooms. The bedding and bed linen and towels are of high quality. Upon arrival the beds will be made and the towels will be available. This cottage is spacious, which allows everyone to have their own space. The bathroom is very large offering double showers and bathtub.

Levernois is a charming little flowered village 2 minutes from the toll booth and 5 minutes from BEAUNE. The Clos du Verger has been thought of as a haven of peace. The large living room opens onto the garden sets the tone. At the opening the sliding bay window disappears in the walls offering a magnificent bucolic living picture. My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.
