Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Αμπέλου(23 χλμ. από Βαθύ, 14 χλμ. από Καρλόβασι) του όρους Καρβούνη. Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του χωριού και η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται 5 χλμ. μακριά. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 1-5 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει ένα διπλό , ένα μονό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Έχει προσβασιμότητα από δρόμο με άσφαλτο και δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ στα όρια του οικοπέδου. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια και είναι ιδανικό για εξορμήσεις στη φύση.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Hiker's house

The house is in the centre of Vourliotes, a mountain village that every hiker and nature lover has to visit. A traditional village at the heart of mountain Karvounis which combines wild nature and the famous muscat vineyards. The house is 2 minutes away from the square full of restaurants and cafes and 20 meters from the public parking which makes it fully accesible by car. This residence gives you the chance to stay in an original village house with all the benefits of the modern life!

Στην όμορφη παραλία του Πεύκου βρίσκεται το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο εξοχικό μας! Αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνας, μοντέρνο μπάνιο, ενώ στην σοφίτα βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερις επισκέπτες. Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία είναι άμεση προσφέροντας σας την δυνατότητα να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας όλες τις ώρες την ημέρας!

Centraal gelegen in Kokkari op steenworp afstand van de gezellige terrassen, het strand en het pittoreske haventje. Het is een volledig gerenoveerd traditioneel Grieks huisje met een buitenterras aan de voordeur in een gezellig straatje. Op de benedenverdieping bevindt zich de separate toiletruimte met wasmachine, de slaapkamer en de ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Op de bovenverdieping is de volledig ingerichte keuken, het lounge gedeelte met slaapbank en een dakterras.

Konstantinos of Samos Stone built farmhouse, 60 m², located in Greece and Samos (in the Aegean Sea), near the village of Agios Konstantinos and near the Traditional Settlement of Valonades (Aidonia) which was used until 1960 to create the famous Samoan Wine. It was renovated in 2014 with care and taste, with wooden windows and fully equipped. Features a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a dining area, sleeping areas and a bathroom.
