Waterfront holiday rentals in Manuel Antonio

This is a perfect location to visit the park as well as the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and receptive to some special requests. This is a great place to stay and also the bed, sheets, and pillows were fantastic. So cozy!

Nina’s apartment was as advertised! We didn’t love Bejuco itself (too hot for us) and we found the security of the place (while appreciated) a little inaccessible. The location wasn’t what we were looking for but Nina’s place was nice. It had eve thing you could ask for and being on the beach is always a great. Clearly an older building that could use some love but the place was mostly clean!

We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the pools. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The water in the apartment felt cold, but it did not bother us too much because we were hot coming from the beach. There is a shopping plaza close by, but you can get a greater variety of restaurants and stores to choose from if you drive 15-20 minutes. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay and dream of a another trip when we can return. The bird watching from the balcony was a wonderful surprise. The condo was just as described, very clean, and the views were stunning.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house is spacious and modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The view from the living room and bedroom into the jungle was definitely the highlight. There’s even a pair of binoculars available for wildlife watching. Both bathrooms, like the entire house, were very clean and had great showers. Carlos was a fantastic host and responded very quickly. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. There’s also a folder in the house with lots of useful information and brochures. Note: You definitely need a 4WD vehicle, as the road to the house can be difficult without it. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

a very nice,nice and clean place,it has everything you need to spend nice family moments,you never needed the water or the light like in other houses there,the vehicle is under a roof, the airs work perfectly the warm pool and the host is too good a few meters from the beach worth every penny in this place

Cindy was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is just as it is in the photographs and is pet friendly, a benefit for those we always walk with our pets. The condominium is very safe and quiet.

I understand now what all the other reviews had to say. Andrea is clearly one of the greatest hosts and friendliest people we have ever met. He greeted us with gifts, showed us everything the place had to offer and even did our laundry, free of charge! I cannot say enough about how charming of a guy he is and would highly recommend his place to anyone looking to visit Manuel Antonio.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. The caretaker Yeni was very helpful (I don't think much English but we didn't have trouble communicating). Jessica was wonderful from afar and very responsive. The house was very comfortable. It does get warm at the beach this time of year, so very thankful for the ac in the bedrooms and lots of fans - and a wonderful swimming pool. Had all the amenities listed. Were able to grill one night. Lots of great restaurants nearby. A good set of instructions with things to do and places to get food, sights to see. Gray sand beach but not rocky like some in Costa Rica are. House was spacious - we were only two couples but easily could be a friends group or larger family. Could easily have stayed longer - maybe next time!

We loved our stay at Katrin's cottage. The entire house is well maintained and well adapted to the hot and rainy weather conditions in a rainforest. It is a bit outside the busy area of Manuel Antonio, which is a plus for us! Private transport is a must. The pool is really a great addition, but also the extensive kitchen and various seating areas are wonderful to come home after a trip in the area. And of course we saw wildlife in the area. Death monkeys, Ara's, Toucan and Red eye tree frogs can be admired around the house. It was one of our kids' favorite stays in Costa Rica! Katrin also helped us very well with an excellent guide, Roy. Recommended!

Beautiful location on the beach. The beach only had a few people on it the entire time we were there. Beautiful sunsets.

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

Great location for going to the beach. Pool area very nice. Local shops close by for eating and shopping. Place was spacious and full kitchen was convenient to have. Overall great time. Thanks Leo.

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Between the possible we will come back and recommend it to other users.

I found Carrie & Taylor's place and wasn't sure which part of town this was around in Costa Rica. Turns out Bejuco is right in the middle of everything. it's the PERFECT spot to stay. I've been to Costa Rica three times so far and Carrie & Taylor's place has been my favorite. We witnessed Macaws, Sloths, Iguanas, and much more. The condos are very quiet and peaceful. This is NOT a party area, but it is an area to have a great time with your family or friends. You have the perfect beach front view and short walk to it. There's also a pool in case you don't want to swim in the beach-You can go right out of the condos and visit Parrita or go left and visit Jaco. I was so impressed with our condo's location. On top of the location, the condo was spic and span! Super clean and set up so cute! I don't have enough nice things to say about Carrie and Taylor. If I had any questions at all they answered me immediately! Definitely worth the stay!

We had a wonderful time at Bejuco Beach. Everything was great. We can only highly recommend the flat. It was perfect.

The apartment is beautiful! Everything is super clean and the space is nicely light with a beautiful balcony with jungle view. We even had monkeys stepping by. Ini was super nice and was very helpful even with our last minute and late check-in. He also had a lot of tips to do and see around. The private parking was also nice. It was our favorite place so far in Costa Rica. The apartment is way better in real life than on the pictures. 100% recommend!
